Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues.
Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate incident and service request records.
Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Basic Networking Knowledge
✅ TCP/IP Fundamentals
✅ Network Troubleshooting Skills
✅ Technical Support Experience
✅ Good Understanding of LAN/WAN Concepts
✅ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Exposure to DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching
Experience using ticketing tools

Network Monitoring Knowledge
Eligibility
1-2 years of relevant Technical Support or Network Support experience.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Robust communication skills are mandatory.
