We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java Developer with 3–6 years of professional experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and up-to-date software development practices. You should be comfortable working in agile teams, designing robust APIs, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for highly available distributed systems.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.




Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Debug production issues and implement effective solutions with minimal downtime.
Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application stability.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
Utilize AI development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and overall engineering productivity.
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
Required Skills
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Strong proficiency in Spring Boot for developing enterprise-grade applications.
