Binary is looking for a Shopify Hydrogen Developer with hands-on experience in building modern headless eCommerce storefronts using Shopify Hydrogen. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, GraphQL, and Shopify Storefront API, along with a passion for creating fast, scalable, and high-performance online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain headless Shopify storefronts using Shopify Hydrogen.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate Shopify Storefront API using GraphQL.
- Customize and extend Shopify functionalities based on business requirements.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and best development practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Shopify Development.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Hydrogen.
- Strong knowledge of React.js.
- Experience working with GraphQL and Shopify Storefront API.
- Good understanding of Headless Commerce Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Remix Framework.
- Knowledge of Shopify Oxygen deployment.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Node.js.
- Experience working on Shopify Plus stores.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and SEO best practices.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and custom Shopify applications.
