Senior Software Engineer - Identity Engineering (Java Full Stack | IAM | Microservices)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Identity Engineering team and build secure, scalable, cloud-native identity platforms. The role involves designing and developing enterprise-grade authentication, authorization, entitlement, and access management solutions that support millions of transactions.

This is a hands-on engineering role offering the opportunity to work on modern microservices architectures, distributed systems, event-driven platforms, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices for Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Build secure authentication, authorization, entitlement, and customer access solutions.
- Develop scalable REST APIs and event-driven services.
- Design and implement cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
- Contribute to architectural design, technical reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Engineering teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Build and integrate React-based frontend applications with secure APIs and identity services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.




- Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve productivity and code quality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Keycloak.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations.
- Familiarity with high-volume transaction platforms.
