Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack role based in Erode.

The Senior Software

Engineer will design, build, and maintain full-stack features for the Simplita.ai platform, working across front-end interfaces, backend services, and integrations with external systems and AI agents.

Responsibilities include translating product requirements into scalable architecture, implementing robust APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring production readiness and reliability of the platform. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, conducting code reviews, improving development practices,



and contributing to technical roadmap decisions. The engineer will also help mentor team members, troubleshoot complex issues in live environments, and continuously enhance security, scalability, and maintainability across the stack.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building scalable, production-grade services and APIs.
- Advanced Programming skills in modern languages commonly used for full-stack development, and familiarity with frameworks and tooling.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns, with the ability to apply them to complex, distributed systems.
- Experience working on full-stack applications (frontend frameworks, backend services, databases, and integrations) in an enterprise context.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams; prior mentoring or technical leadership experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
