We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst with a solid sense of curiosity and the ability to spot patterns, identify business problems, and generate actionable insights from data to drive growth across Airtel Finance products (personal loans, credit cards, gold loans, business loans, fixed deposits).
The role will be responsible for generating actionable business insights, monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. While business analytics will be the primary focus, the role will also support product analytics, customer journey analysis, and predictive analytics initiatives.
The Data analyst will work closely with Growth, Product, Risk, Engineering, and Data Science teams within Airtel Finance and across other lines of business to solve high-impact business problems, improve customer experience, and accelerate business growth. The role is also expected to leverage modern AI capabilities, including AI agents and conversational analytics,



to automate insight generation and build scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Problem to Solution: Translate complex business problems into well-defined data problems, designing and implementing robust analytical solutions that address critical business needs within the lending lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, develop predictive models, and utilize advanced statistical techniques to uncover insights, identify trends, and forecast outcomes relevant to lending products and customer behavior.
AI First: Leverage AI agents, LLMs, and modern analytics tools to automate recurring analyses and generate scalable business insights.
