Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition to drive hiring initiatives across Technical, Sales, Leadership, and Executive-level positions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technology hiring, stakeholder management, talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and team leadership.



This role requires partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technical, Sales, Leadership, and Executive hiring.
Drive hiring initiatives for Microsoft technology-focused roles including Azure, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Software Engineering, and Product Management.
Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build strategies.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and passive talent pipelines.
Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
Manage recruitment life cycle from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and strategic roles.
