We are looking for an experienced SDE-3 Full Stack Engineer who can own architecture, drive technical decisions, and build scalable products end-to-end.
Role Overview
As an SDE-3, you will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex product modules.
You will work across backend systems, mobile applications, web platforms, infrastructure, and data architecture while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
This role requires solid technical depth, product thinking, and experience building customer-facing products at scale.
ResponsibilitiesBackend & Architecture
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using:
- Go
- Python
- Node.js
- Design high-performance APIs and distributed backend systems
- Make architecture decisions balancing:
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Maintainability
- Time-to-market
- Design data models and backend architecture supporting real-time sensor-driven applications
Frontend & Mobile Engineering
- Lead development of customer-facing applications using:
- Flutter
- React.js
- Build responsive, high-performance experiences across platforms
- Own application lifecycle from development to production deployment
- Manage releases across:
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
Engineering Excellence
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Establish automated testing practices
- Drive code quality through reviews and engineering standards
- Improve system reliability and performance
- Mentor SDE-1 and SDE-2 engineers
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product
- Design
- Firmware
- AI/ML
- Hardware teams
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical execution
Required Skills
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, BITS Pilani, top NITs, or equivalent)
- Experience building and scaling B2C product applications
- Strong backend development experience with:
- Go
- Python
- Node.js
- Strong frontend/mobile experience with:
- React.js
- Flutter
- Strong understanding of:
- System design
- Distributed systems
- Database architecture
- API design
- Cloud infrastructure
- CI/CD practices
- Experience owning production systems end-to-end
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions
