About DiggyPOD
DiggyPOD helps independent authors bring their books to life. We're a tech enabled US-based company offering short-run book printing along with a growing suite of author services. Salesforce is the backbone of our operations - it runs our customer records, order flow, support cases, and storefront. We're a small, fast-moving team that values ownership and getting things done. Our leadership is ex Amazon, Walmart Labs, and Disney+.
The Role
We're hiring Salesforce Developers to join our team and take ownership of the development and improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work directly with our growth, product, and operations teams - building features, fixing issues, and shipping new initiatives. You'll work closely with the US leadership team.
What you'll work on
- Building and maintaining custom Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows), improving the Salesforce Storefront.
- End-to-end order flow: from website checkout into prepress and production
- Customer record and case management workflows
- Integrations between Salesforce and other systems (website, payment, file storage like AWS, email)
- Solving real architectural problems (e.g., file upload handling, performance optimization, data flow improvements)
- Partnering with leadership on new initiatives - customer portals, automation tooling, expanded author services.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party services, AWS or similar)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD II is a plus)
- Comfortable owning problems end-to-end - diagnosing, proposing solutions, and shipping.
- Clear written and spoken English, able to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce D2C / B2C Commerce or StoreConnect work (you don't need to be an expert, but exposure helps)
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, order management, or Experience Cloud / customer portals
Why this role
- High ownership, low bureaucracy - you'll be working directly with leadership, not buried in a 20-person dev shop.
- Real impact - your work touches every author and every order.
- Unlimited PTO
- Remote, India-based
- Prospect to visit the US for team meetups and training (B1 visa sponsorship provided)
- Working hours: India hours overlap with US (Eastern Time) for syncs.
