About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer specialized in Healthcare Technology to join our dynamic team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, clinical stakeholders, and system architects to design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies.

Your expertise will be pivotal in validating complex healthcare workflows, interoperability standards, and integrated systems, ensuring our solutions meet industry standards and client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology, leveraging your technical skills and domain knowledge to improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA and test automation, preferably within the healthcare domain. A strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Java-based automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for end-to-end testing, along with experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.

Prior experience testing healthcare software, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, or digital health platforms is highly valued. A solid grasp of QA methodologies, test case design, defect management, and CI/CD integration is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.

Candidates with leadership experience or mentoring capabilities will be preferred.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for healthcare applications utilizing Java with Selenium or Playwright, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Validate complex healthcare workflows and integration points across clinical systems including HIS, EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS, and VNA, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Test and validate healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR across integrated systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Build and maintain automated API and integration test suites for RESTful APIs and microservices-based healthcare platforms, supporting continuous integration and deployment.

Develop detailed test strategies, plans, and cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality and reliability.

Collaborate effectively with developers,



architects, and clinical stakeholders to identify, document, and track defects, facilitating timely resolution.

Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration to support continuous testing practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues across connected healthcare systems, ensuring minimal disruption and accurate data exchange.

Document test plans, test coverage, and quality assurance processes to maintain audit readiness and facilitate ongoing process improvements.
