About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst & Project Coordinator to join our team remotely from India. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our application development and production support teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual testing, defect tracking, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our web applications and related systems.

The role requires a blend of testing expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications.

Strong proficiency in SQL for backend data validation and verification.

Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint,



and related collaboration tools.

Knowledge of accessibility standards, including ADA, Section 508, or WCAG guidelines.

Experience testing PDFs, reports, and database functionalities.

Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks is a plus.

Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while adhering to deadlines and priorities.

Willingness to work the full shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for web applications to ensure quality and functionality.

Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data to validate application features and workflows.

Conduct backend data validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity and correctness.

Test APIs for functionality, performance, and security using Postman, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.

Test generated PDFs, reports, and other application outputs for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.

Perform accessibility and ADA compliance testing to ensure applications meet industry standards and guidelines.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using appropriate tools, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.





Maintain detailed project trackers, testing documentation, and manage deadlines, dependencies, and action items efficiently.

Gather daily updates from development teams and prepare consolidated status reports on project progress and testing outcomes.

Follow up with developers on tasks, blockers, and committed timelines to ensure smooth project flow.

Coordinate application demos, UAT activities, production releases, and post-release validation processes.

Participate in project meetings, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate critical issues as needed.
