About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python Automation, Selenium, Web Scraping, Pandas, and Automation Anywhere A360 .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding end-to-end business requirements, designing and developing Hyper Automation solutions , and integrating multiple technologies to deliver scalable and productive automation solutions. The role requires strong technical, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills & Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Python Automation .
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, Web Scraping, and Pandas .
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 .
- Experience in designing and implementing Hyper Automation solutions using a combination of technologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting, data processing, and web automation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze end-to-end As-Is business processes and requirements .




- Identify automation opportunities and propose To-Be Hyper Automation solutions .
- Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Python, Selenium, Web Scraping, Pandas, and Automation Anywhere A360 .
- Develop solutions that incorporate a combination of technologies to address complex business requirements.
- Work closely with business users, technology teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, technical specifications, solution documents, and other technical documentation independently.
- Participate in solution discussions, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Ensure automation solutions are robust, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Follow organizational processes, standards, governance, and best practices at all times.
