Role Description The Program Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Foundation is running two projects with Government Schools in Ludhiana in Collaboration with District Administration.

The project includes teaching students Foundation's course and awareness sessions. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring social development programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, managing resources and budgets, coordinating logistics for training and community events, and tracking milestones and deliverables.

The role involves regular communication with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and resolving issues that may impact program delivery.

Manager also supports continuous improvement by evaluating program outcomes, identifying lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Experience in logistics and operational coordination, including Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities for program activities and events.
- Inspection and quality assurance skills to review program outputs, monitor compliance with standards, and ensure effective implementation.
- Proven ability to work with community-based organizations or social sector programs, preferably in education, skills development, or economic empowerment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and community partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, development studies, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification in project management is an advantage.
- Comfort with using project management tools and standard office software; willingness to travel locally for program activities as needed.
