? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Digital India initiatives.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
- Conduct governance and review meetings with senior stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and proactively manage escalations.
- Develop and maintain program KPIs, dashboards,



and executive-level status reports.

? Required Skills & Expertise

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or M.Tech in Management, Information Systems, or equivalent is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications are highly desirable.

⭐ Preferred Experience

- 10–15 years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing AI/ML, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs.
- 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and strategic stakeholders.
- Prior experience delivering Government, PSU, or large public-sector transformation programs is highly preferred.
