Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.

- Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.

- Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain product quality as per company standards and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Sales departments for smooth production flow.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, 5S, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Reduce production downtime, rejection, rework, and material wastage.

- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to improve performance.

- Handle machine maintenance coordination to minimize breakdowns.





- Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with QEHS requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- 5–12 years of experience in production, with at least 1

–2 years in a managerial role

.

- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear, industrial automation products, control panels, or related electrical manufacturing is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality systems, and inventory management.

- Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.

- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication skills in English.
