- Cost Comparison

: Collecting and evaluating supplier quotations, preparing comparative statements, negotiating the best prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.

- Material Coordination &

- Delivery

: Coordinating with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered to the site on time and according to project requirements.

- Quality &

- Specification Compliance

: Ensuring all procured materials meet approved drawings,



technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements before purchase and delivery.

- Inventory &

- Material Tracking

: Monitoring material orders, stock levels, deliveries, and consumption to prevent shortages, over-ordering, delays, and unnecessary wastage.

- Procurement Documentation: Maintaining proper records of quotations, purchase orders, supplier details, delivery notes, invoices, material approvals, and other procurement-related documents.

- Cost Control &

: Monitoring procurement costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring purchases remain within the approved project budget.
