4. Hands on experience on MAZAK, DMG, Dori HMC, Juaristi HMC Machines. Mazak, Dori HMC, Juaristi HMC Machines. Fanuc and Siemens Controllers.
1. Daily production planning.
2. Maintaining Housekeeping and 5’S.
3. Operating and Setting of HMC Machine and 5 axis Machine as per production schedule
4. Training to existing employee.
5. CNC programming (HMC, VMC & CNC turning), NPD part machining prove out, Tool selection and setting.
