Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

- Install, configure, and maintain all network services, equipment, and devices.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems and outages

- Program routers, switches, and other network hardware

- Configure DNS servers

- Define, document, and enforce system standards

- Manages all system back-up and restore protocol

- Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure

- Schedule updates and upgrades

- Proficient in rack server installation and cabling.

- Ability to read and understand schematics and design documentation

- Proficient in cable management for functionality and esthetic purposes

- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ensuring the effective administration of a current business network

- Performing troubleshooting on all programs when required

- Preparing post-mortem reports and performing trend analysis when there are system failures
