We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Draft Engineer, Mechanical Designer, or CATIA Design Engineer with hands-on experience in CATIA to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating accurate 2D drawings and 3D models, interpreting engineering designs, and supporting product development activities.

This role involves close collaboration with our engineering team in Germany to ensure all designs meet VAHLEs global engineering standards, quality requirements, and approval processes.

Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication with customers, vendors, internal teams, and our global engineering colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, modify, and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models using CATIA.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
- Interpret engineering specifications, technical drawings, and design requirements.
- Work closely with VAHLE Germany Engineering for design reviews, approvals, and implementation of engineering standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with VAHLEs global engineering standards, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Sales teams during project execution.
- Maintain engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and version control.




- Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CATIA (2D Drafting & 3D Modeling) is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) are compulsory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international engineering teams and work in a multicultural workplace.

Preferred Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Draft Engineer, Mechanical Designer, or CATIA Design Engineer.
- Experience in the material handling, crane, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with international engineering standards or global teams is preferred.
