About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

AI/ML Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in predictive modeling, deep learning, and end-to-end ML pipeline development, with proven success in delivering scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.

- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines and production-ready solutions.

- Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers) to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.

- Research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.

- Ensure model performance, accuracy,



and explainability through rigorous testing and validation.

- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies in AI/ML, GenAI, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Robust proficiency in

Python, R, and SQL

- Expertise in machine learning frameworks

(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
