We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead / Engineering Manager with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular to lead software product development initiatives and high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with people leadership, project ownership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, team development, delivery management, and collaboration with global cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 5-15 software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Drive end-to-end software development projects ensuring quality, scalability, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and global teams to align priorities and execution plans.
- Prepare project plans, effort estimates, schedules, and track project milestones.
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and career development discussions.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive engineering culture.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of current team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Drive Agile best practices, sprint planning, estimation,



and delivery governance.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Hands-on experience with Angular
- Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development
- Experience in building enterprise-scale software applications
- Experience with REST APIs and modern web application architecture
- Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git/Azure DevOps

Leadership & Management

- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring software engineers.
- Experience leading teams of 5-15 members.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and people development activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Process & Delivery
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
