Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design team to develop innovative BIW (Body-in-White) designs for automotive components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of doors, hoods, and other body parts into the overall vehicle structure.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality materials for production purposes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the development of new products.

Job Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in BIW design or related field.

- Robust understanding of doors, hoods, and other body parts' functionality and design requirements.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar tools.
