Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Design of Engine & Engine components Tolerance stack-up for Engine assembles, systems and components. Working with Engine and Genset level DMU for component packaging requirements Good understanding of Engineering drawing, basic Engine caluclation Experience in Team Center or any PLM tool Knowledge of CAE simulation and validation , DVP will be an added advantage. Knowldege of RCA methodologies - Why why anlaysis, Fish bone diagram , fault Tree analysis (FTA), Failure mode & effect analysis (FMEA )is must

Functional Skills

Basic of Engine Design

3D CAD modeling, Drafting - Software Preferred - Unigraphics NX

Knowledge of Manufactuing processes - casting, forging, machining

Tolerance stack-up for Engine assembles, systems and components.

Team Center or any PLM tool
