Role Summary:

Compensation Administration & Execution

Owns end-to-end processing of commissions, bonuses, and draws, including monthly close cycles, payout validation, and approvals.

System Ownership (Incentive Management)

Manages the compensation platform (e.g., SAP Incentive Management), including data accuracy, plan configuration support, and issue resolution.





Commission Accuracy & Timing

Ensures associates are paid accurately and on time, serving as the control point for compensation data integrity and payout readiness.

Accruals & Financial Coordination

Supports accrual calculations and works cross-functionally with Finance/Accounting

Roles & Responsibility:

Issue Investigation & Resolution

Troubleshoots discrepancies (e.g., missing deals, plan changes, terminations) and partners with Sales Ops, HR, and Finance to resolve them.

Process Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Builds and maintains documentation (processing guides, participant records, position records) and supports knowledge transfer for continuity

Accounting experience is helpful but not required
