Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Field Service Engineer role based in Pune City. Install, commission, maintain and repair fiber laser sources/systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot laser faults and alarms.
Provide technical support remotely and at customer sites.Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
Handle customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
Assist senior engineers with complex troubleshooting and service activities.Prepare service reports and maintain documentation. Qualifications
1-2 years experience in service field Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics) or related field.
