Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.

- Build and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, planning, orchestration, tool calling, and multi-step reasoning.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with AI components.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

Required Skills

- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Robust expertise in Core Java (Java 17/21 preferred).

- Solid experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.

- Hands-on experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Gemini, Llama, or similar.

- Practical experience in Agentic AI development, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, planning,



memory management, and tool integration.

- Experience with one or more AI frameworks such as:

- LangGraph

- LangChain

- CrewAI

- AutoGen

- Semantic Kernel

- Spring AI
- or equivalent frameworks

- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, pgvector, or similar.

- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Knowledge of AI workflow orchestration and prompt engineering.

- Experience building multi-agent AI systems.

- Understanding of event-driven architectures.

- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is an advantage.
