Role Description This is a full-time, in office ISP Engineer role located in Kuchaikote. The ISP Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network and internet infrastructure within the healthcare environment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment. The role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring secure and stable internet access for clinical and administrative systems.

The ISP Engineer will collaborate with hospital IT and operations teams to support critical applications, manage bandwidth, and implement network security best practices. Daily tasks include documenting configurations,



responding to incidents, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with service providers to resolve outages or performance issues.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLAN configuration.

Experience with installation and configuration of ISP-related hardware such as routers, switches, modems, and Wi-Fi access points.

Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and performance issues in a structured and timely manner.

Understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, access control, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for tracking bandwidth usage, uptime, and service quality.

Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and non-technical staff.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Prior experience in ISP, telecom, or hospital IT networking environments is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Kuchaikote, manage multiple tasks, and respond to network incidents in a healthcare setting.
