- Assess existing structures and evaluate the feasibility of proposed interior modifications.

- Design and review structural supports for partitions, false ceilings, platforms, staircases, mezzanines, and other interior elements.

- Review architectural and interior design drawings and identify structural requirements or constraints.

- Prepare and review structural drawings, detailing, specifications, and technical documents.

- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Project Managers.

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Check the quality and installation of structural steel, RCC, partitions, ceiling systems, and other structural components.

- Review shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and technical proposals.





- Identify structural defects, deviations, cracks, settlement, or other site issues and recommend corrective measures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

- Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams during project execution.

- Monitor project progress, material requirements, and structural work schedules.

- Support quantity estimation, cost optimization, and project planning.

- Maintain proper documentation of inspections, drawings, approvals, revisions, and site observations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
