Key Responsibility

- End-to-End Recruitment Management

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.

- Hiring Targets &
- Position Closure

Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment TAT.

- Candidate Sourcing &
- Pipeline Development

Build a robust candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, databases, and other sourcing channels.

- Candidate Screening &
- Interview Coordination

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while ensuring timely feedback.

- Stakeholder &
- Candidate Management

Maintain effective coordination with department heads, hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

- Recruitment MIS &
- Reporting

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and prepare regular reports covering sourcing, screening, interviews,



selections, offers, joining, and position closure.

- Employee Onboarding &
- HR Operations

Coordinate employee onboarding, joining documentation, induction, employee records, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

- Attendance, Leave &
- Payroll Coordination

Monitor attendance and leave records, address employee queries, and coordinate with the concerned team for accurate payroll processing.

- Employee Engagement &
- Grievance Support

Support employee engagement activities, address routine employee concerns, assist in grievance resolution, and contribute towards employee retention.

- HR Policies, Compliance &
- Process Improvement

Ensure proper HR documentation, implementation of HR policies, compliance with organizational guidelines, and continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operational processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
