Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and support the existing HRMS application.

- Analyze existing source code and implement new business requirements.

- Develop recent modules and enhance existing functionalities.

- Fix application bugs and performance issues.

- Deploy application on Development, UAT, and Production servers.

- Manage application releases and version control.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements.

- Create technical documentation and deployment guides.

- Monitor application logs and server health.

- Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.

- Optimize application performance and database queries.

- Perform backup and recovery activities.

- Provide end-user support and training whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise web application development.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with business users.

- Experience supporting ERP/HRMS applications will be an added advantage.
