Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware & Networking Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of computers, networks, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, printers, biometric devices, and other IT equipment while providing timely technical support to employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Support

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and workstations.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues.
- Upgrade RAM, SSD/HDD, and other hardware components.
- Install and configure operating systems and software.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and accessories.

Networking
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Install and configure routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security.
- Ensure high network uptime and performance.

Server & Security
- Support Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and shared folders.
- Configure data backup solutions and recovery procedures.
- Install and manage antivirus and endpoint security software.
- Implement basic cybersecurity best practices.

Technical Support
- Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees.
- Resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and internet issues.
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools.
- Document support tickets and issue resolutions.

CCTV & Biometric Systems
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Configure biometric attendance devices.




- Troubleshoot surveillance and access control systems.

IT Asset Management
- Maintain records of all IT assets.
- Track warranties, AMCs, and software licenses.
- Coordinate repairs and vendor support when required.

Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Monitor system health and recommend upgrades.
- Ensure proper cable management and equipment organization.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent is preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hardware and network administration.
- Experience managing Windows-based environments.
- Knowledge of networking devices and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printer support is an advantage.

Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
