Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of qualified full-stack development experience, with demonstrated architecture / technicalownership responsibility (Senior Developer or Architect level).

- Strong proficiency in React (18+), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.

- Deep hands-on experience with .NET 8 / C#, including Azure Functions (isolated worker process model).

- Mandatory: PowerShell 7 and/or WPF/C# desktop application development experience.

- Production experience on Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault,

Entra ID/MSAL) - not "used AWS, Azure is similar".

- Strong EF Core experience - schema design, migrations, and keeping multi-schema relational + NoSQL data

layers (SQL + Cosmos DB) in sync.

- Experience implementing role-based access control and audit-logging patterns in production systems.

- Daily,



hands-on fluency with Cursor or Claude Code as your primary way of writing code. You should be

comfortable being handed a detailed engineering specification and executing against it with an AI pairprogrammer, including reviewing and correcting its output, not just accepting it.

- Testing discipline across xUnit, Pester, and Playwright (or direct equivalents), especially for security- and

compliance-sensitive code paths.

- Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines) experience - building and maintaining CI/CD through multiple

deployment slots/environments.

- Comfortable being the single senior technical owner - able to make and defend architecture decisions

without a peer engineering review structure in place.
