OnePrism LLP is looking for a proactive Full Stack Development & Implementation Intern to support the development and implementation of a healthcare software product.
This is a hands-on technical role combining software development with client interaction. The selected candidate will contribute to product development and also visit hospitals to configure the product, demonstrate its features, train users and provide technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot features within the healthcare software product.
- Work with frontend, backend, APIs and databases based on project requirements.
- Identify and resolve software bugs and implementation-related technical issues.
- Visit client hospitals for product installation, configuration and rollout.
- Demonstrate the product to doctors, administrators and hospital staff.
- Train hospital teams and help them use the software effectively.
- Understand hospital workflows and gather requirements and feedback from users.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal development team.
- Provide technical support during implementation and after the product goes live.
- Prepare basic technical documentation, setup instructions and user guides.
- Track implementation progress and ensure reported issues are properly resolved.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of web application development, APIs and databases.
- Ability to understand, debug and explain technical issues.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in explaining software to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn healthcare workflows and work directly with hospital teams.
- Responsible, patient and comfortable working independently at client locations.
- Must be comfortable travelling to client hospitals when required.
Previous experience with software deployment, technical support, client interaction or healthcare software will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Location and Work Requirements
This role is based in Vadodara and requires regular travel to client hospitals. It is not a fully remote position. Candidates must be available for on-site product setup, demonstrations, training and technical support when required.
