About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Developer to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern full-stack technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI application development, particularly in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RAG-based AI systems for healthcare applications.
- Build and maintain robust web applications using Next.js , React.js , NestJS , and Express.js .
- Develop APIs, microservices, and backend architectures for AI-driven products.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases and data pipelines.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS .
- Implement security, compliance, and scalability best practices, especially for healthcare environments.
- Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and UI/UX teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js,



React.js, NestJS, Express.js, and Node.js .
- Experience building RAG applications , AI assistants, or LLM-powered systems.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and RESTful API development.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.).
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Must have experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
- Robust problem-solving and system design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in Full Stack Development
- Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Health Informatics, or Digital Health products.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant or healthcare data management systems.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
