Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for ownership of assembly line tools, machine & process sustenance.




- Responsible for Process improvement and layout.
- Study and share assembly feasibility to IED team for new product.
- Be CFT member of customer complaint review & action.
- Individually handle day to day troubleshooting on assembly line.
- Prepare assembly specification / Work instruction.
- Prepare and update PFMEA.
- Process validation & line audit.
- ECN initiation and implementation.
- New product transfer to production
