- Sample & test setup preparation to perform tests.
- Test report preparation & Sample preservation.
- Study of test methods and requirements of test standards like ASTM, EN, MIL etc
- Knowledge of electrical, environmental & mechanical testings.
- Should have knowledge about equipment/instrument like multimeter, power supply, Hi-pot tester, Vector network analyser, Oscilloscope Discontinuity monitor, Electrical load bank, CRO, ohm meter, etc.
- Communication of test results with concern person/department.
- Support to customer complaint/production issues for testing of cables for various tests.
- Support for recent project/product/ new supplier development. (In-house testing/Outsource testing.).
- New fixtures design & development for various testing.
- Ensure & control proper applications of ISO 14001 & EN/AS 9100 standard requirements & EHS guidelines in respective processes.
- '5S' of working area.
