We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Content Developer / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in storyboarding, eLearning course creation, instructional content development, and Articulate Storyline 360. You will work closely with SMEs and designers to develop engaging, interactive digital learning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop engaging and interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Create detailed storyboards with screen flow, interactions, assessments, and learner journeys.
- Convert raw content and SME inputs into interactive digital learning modules.
- Design quizzes, simulations, scenarios, branching activities, and knowledge checks.
- Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Graphic Designers, and the Content team throughout the course development process.
- Review, test, and update courses based on feedback.
- Ensure SCORM-compliant course development and LMS compatibility.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy,



functionality, and a seamless learner experience.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in eLearning content development.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (Mandatory).
- Experience in storyboarding and end-to-end eLearning course development.
- Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communication, content writing, and organizational skills.
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
