? We're Hiring | Dispatch & Export Executive

Kaycee Industries Ltd. is looking for a Dispatch & Export Executive to join our team at Ambernath (W), Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day dispatch activities and coordinate with logistics/transporters.

Prepare and maintain export and dispatch-related documentation.

Coordinate with customers, transporters, freight forwarders and internal departments.

Handle export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, AWB/BL and other required documents.

Coordinate for timely shipment and delivery.

Maintain dispatch records and update MIS.

Follow up on pending shipments and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Stores and Production for smooth dispatch operations.

Candidate Profile

B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.

2–5 years of experience in Export,



Import, Dispatch, Logistics or Export Documentation.

Good knowledge of Export Documentation & Dispatch Process.

Experience in coordination with freight forwarders, transporters and customers.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates from manufacturing / engineering / electrical industry will be preferred.

Candidates residing in or around Ambernath, Badlapur, Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, Dombivli and nearby areas who can commute daily will be preferred.
