Role Description The Dispatch Executive will manage the daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and safe delivery of products from the warehouse to customers and partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams, preparing dispatch schedules, verifying orders and documentation, and monitoring shipment status. The role also involves maintaining dispatch records, resolving issues related to delays or discrepancies, and communicating clearly with internal teams and delivery partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikasnagar,



requiring a consistent presence at the facility to oversee and optimize dispatch activities.

Qualifications

- Operational and logistics skills, including dispatch planning, inventory coordination, and basic supply chain understanding.
- Administrative and documentation skills, such as record keeping, order verification, and handling shipping documents and invoices.
- Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customer support teams.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets, dispatch or order management software, and email communication.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple orders and resolve dispatch issues.
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with food products or agricultural supply chains is an added advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a relevant diploma or degree in logistics, operations, or business is beneficial.
