Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator (Data Entry) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information. This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who possess strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Review, correct, and update existing records as required.
- Perform regular backups and ensure proper record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
- Diploma holders with relevant computer knowledge may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in data entry or computer operations are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formulas.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other data management software is an added advantage.
- Basic office administration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
