About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and problem-solving-oriented Python Backend Developer Intern to support the development of scalable, secure, and effective backend systems. You will work on real production logic, APIs, databases, and integrations that power business-critical applications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems behind the scenes, understands how data flows, and wants hands-on exposure to real backend architecture rather than tutorial-level work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining Python-based backend services, APIs, and server-side logic.

Design and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend and third-party services.

Work with databases to store, retrieve, and optimize data efficiently.

Implement authentication, authorization, and basic security practices.

Debug, test, and optimize backend performance.

Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to support feature development.

Maintain proper documentation for APIs, workflows, and system logic.

Participate in code reviews and follow backend development best practices.

Required Skills





Strong understanding of Python programming and backend fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with Python for backend development.

Basic knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP methods.

Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).

Understanding of authentication, data validation, and error handling.

Experience with Git/GitHub version control.

Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment basics.

Understanding of system design concepts.

Exposure to API security, caching, or performance optimization.

Interest in automation, scalable systems, or AI integrations.

Educational Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Strong self-taught developers are equally welcome.
