We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at a beautiful remote property in Grahan, Kasol, Himachal Pradesh.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have experience preparing a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Italian.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality Indian, Continental, and Italian dishes.
- Plan daily menus and manage food preparation.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimise food wastage.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Valuable knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Italian cuisine.
- Ability to work independently.
- Passion for cooking and maintaining food quality.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote mountain location.
