We build and manage software and AI products for our clients across India and international markets. We are looking for a strong AI engineer who takes ownership of client projects end to end backend, frontend, AI integrations, and deployment. Some projects are new builds, some are existing products that need to be completed and taken to production. You will work directly with the founder. Project specifics and timelines are discussed with shortlisted candidates on a call.
- Build and complete full-stack applications for our clients
- Integrate modern AI APIs (LLMs, speech, real-time AI) into production systems
- Work with cloud infrastructure, databases, payments, and third-party APIs
- Take partially built products to a stable, tested, production-ready state
• Deliver on agreed milestones without hand-holding
Preferred candidate profile:
- 4–8 years of experience with strong backend skills in Node.js and/or Python (production work)
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into real, shipped applications — not tutorials
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS or similar) and solid database fundamentals (MongoDB or similar)
- Enough frontend skill to build and polish dashboards and web apps
- Experience with real-time, voice, or telephony applications is a strong plus
- Experience handling sensitive user data (health, financial, identity) is a plus
- Works independently, communicates clearly, and finishes what they start
• Applications without real AI project experience will not be shortlisted
