Role Overview We are hiring an AEM Full Stack Developer to Drive end-to-end development of the lumen.com platform by combining front-end and back-end expertise to deliver modern, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences. The role will develop reusable AEM components, APIs, workflows, and integrations while supporting cloud migration, AI-driven capabilities, and platform modernization initiatives.

Working across the entire software development lifecycle, the individual will collaborate with architects, UX teams, content authors, and product stakeholders to deliver secure, accessible, and customer-centric solutions. Candidates should possess robust expertise in AEM, React, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices. The role requires a strong ownership mindset, the ability to work across technology stacks, and a focus on continuous improvement.The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on use of AI-powered development tools for design,



coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a catalyst for change, helping advance modernization, AI adoption, and engineering excellence while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our technology landscape and operating model.

Role And Responsibilities

- Migrate custom components (e.g., navigation, forms, carousel, search) to AEM Core Components.
- Develop and standardize front-end architecture using React, HTL (Sightly), and Storybook for reusable components.
- Build and optimize back-end services, workflows, and APIs using Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi.
- Create structured content models with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
- Optimize DAM workflows and implement AI-driven features for tagging, search, and personalization.
- Enhance performance through lazy loading, caching, CDN tuning, and image optimization.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates for reliable deployments and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing,



and troubleshooting across AEM environments.

Essential Skills

- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years working on AEM.
- Proficiency in Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
- Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks and AEM Core Components.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architectures.
- Familiarity with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Adobe Certified Expert in AEM (Developer or Architect).
- Experience with Storybook for component library development.
- Knowledge of AI integration for content management or personalization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Terraform.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and performance testing tools (e.g., Lighthouse).
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
