Leader, Cloud Operations (Multi-Cloud)
Role Summary
The Leader, Cloud Operations is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the operational model for the company’s cloud environments across AWS and Azure. This role owns operations strategy, standards, SRE practices, runbook definitions, and change governance, while a Managed Service Provider (MSP) executes the majority of L1/L2 operational activities under clearly defined and approved runbooks.
