We are looking for a motivated Data Management and Analytics Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on handling data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting
- Support data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Assist in automating data workflows and processes for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Robotics Data Analytics
- Consistent academic record with minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications (65% for Maharashtra-based candidates)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, OAC), Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to recent tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
