Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and ensure teams have the right structure, capabilities, and support to achieve strategic objectives.




- Manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives to ensure teams are appropriately resourced with qualified talent.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by creating a positive and motivating work setting.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulations.
- Monitor employee and manager satisfaction with HR services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics such as engagement, turnover, compensation budgets, and workforce efficiency to support data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR projects and initiatives in a distributed, international environment.
