Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing BI solutions.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Create and optimize DAX queries and measures to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Develop data models and design star/snowflake schemas to support reporting needs.
- Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) and integrate them into Power BI.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage report access for different user roles.
- Schedule and automate data refreshes and ensure report availability and accuracy.
