Role Overview:
The People Business
Coordinator will support the India People Advisory team in delivering seamless
HR operations and employee experience. This role will be heavily aligned with
ticketing systems (ServiceNow), employee lifecycle management, and business-facing
HR coordination.
You will act as a
key enabler between employees, managers, and the People Advisory team, ensuring
efficient query resolution, process execution, and data-driven support for HR
initiatives across India.
In this role you will…
1. ServiceNow
& Employee Query Management

Manage and resolve employee queries through ServiceNow within
defined SLAs.
Categorize, track, and analyze tickets (policy, process, payroll,
benefits, etc.).
Ensure high-quality and consistent responses aligned with company
policies.
Identify recurring themes and partner with Advisory team for
process improvements.

2. Employee
Lifecycle Management

onboarding,



internal movements, and exit processes.
Ensure timely documentation.
Track onboarding experience and support Current Hire Orientation (NHO)
coordination.
Ensure smooth offboarding including access revocation and
compliance checkpoints.

3. Advisory
& Business Coordination

Support People Advisors in managing business requests and employee
cases.
Coordinate critical conversations, employee meetings, and
follow-ups.
Assist in executing organizational changes, communication rollouts,
and employee notifications.
Partner with managers for policy clarifications and basic
people-related guidance.

4. Data,
Reporting & Insights

Maintain accurate employee data across systems (ServiceNow, HRIS,
etc.)
Generate reports on:
Ticket volumes & resolution timelines
RTO adherence
Attrition and onboarding metrics.
Support dashboards (Power BI) and provide insights to improve
People processes.
