Senior Executive-StoresJob Description
The Sr. Executive – Stores manages dispatch, invoicing, and store operations for domestic and export activities in compliance with cGMP.
Key responsibilities include preparing labels, sales invoices, E-Invoices/E-Waybills, GRNs, and quarantine labels, along with receiving, storing, and dispensing materials. The role also covers QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, OOS, CAPA), maintaining dispatch/QR registers, Trackwise/Ensur documentation, training coordination, and ensuring safety and equipment calibration compliance.
- Assisting in Preparation and Printing of Labels of Domestic & Export dispatch.
- Preparation of Sales Invoice of (Local & Export).
- Preparation of E-Invoice & E-Waybill of (Local, Export & Import).
- Distribute a copy of the PO to QC & QA along with Issuance of Label form.
- Issue Packing Instruction for SPPS dept. & Wired Seal requisition
- Maintain register of Record for QR Code Printed Label as per GMP rules.
